Status of PAN Grieviences

My clients have two PAN Numbers.However they are using only One PAN No. which they wants to retain. Accordingly I have applied for surrender of another PAN No's through PAN Grieviences & got the Complaint Numbers.
Now the query is How to know the status of such complaints so that it is confirmed that the Duplicate Numbers have surrendered & cancelled by the I.T.Department.
