Starting of articleship

23 April 2014 my frnd is registered for articleship & also filled form no.112 for getting admission to m.com. his college place & articleship place distance is 37 km.
His college was upto 9.am his training start from 11 am .He reach that distance in 2 hrs which was 9 to 11.
Because Institute not gives permission then what to do. Plz guide

23 April 2014 ICAI doesn't give permission for additional course if it results in clash with office hours.

25 April 2014 But, his office starts on 11 am & he has 2 hours time reach his place after college.

27 April 2014 if, suppose he had filled a fresh articleship form & cancel his M.com regular admission get to external admission for completing M.com degree. B'cause there is no need to go to clg.
And no trouble in starting the practice. Is it allow.
