Is stamp duty payable on Deed of Assignment of Trade Marks (with Goodwill)also Is ir require to register the same?

STamp duty is a matter of state law. Hence it will depend on the stamp act as applicable to that particular state.
Registration of the deed for assigment of trademark has to be done with the TM authorities.
