client has purchase residential flat in old building in joint name i.e. Husband & Wife and stamp duty paid through husband bank a/c & stamp duty receipt is also mentioned only husband name, but agreement shows husband & wife name & bank loan also mentioned both name, so stamp duty under 80/C taken in both 50:50 or in husband name only.
