27 April 2015 Dear Experts We paid Security Charges including service tax to the security providers. In ST3 form where it to fill the service tax portion paid to Security Agencies. We are Proprietorship concerns. Please guide me in this regard. Thanks in Advance.

27 April 2015 You are a service receiver there is no need to enter those payments in your ST3 return it is only the service provider has to enter such receipts in his return.
Only gross value excluding service tax has to be entered in the return, in case of service provider.

27 April 2015 SIR OURS IS HOSPITAL AND OUR ESTABLISHMENT COVERED UNDER SERVICE TAX NET. BECAUSE WE PROVIDE SERVICE TO THIRTY PARTY ADMINISTRATORS. IN SUCH CASES THE SERVICE PAID TO SECURITY AGENCIES IS INPUT SERVICE TO US. PLEASE GUIDE ME IN THIS REGARD.
