this is the 1st year of pvt ltd co.we are receiving GTA service.do we need to register ourself after it exeeds limit of 10lacs?we are providing BAS services also.so do we have to check limit of 10lacs for both this services together?what is the penalty for non registration of services?

GTA service is under reverse charge. The service tax registration is based on your BAS services. So if it exceeds 10 lacs you can go for registration.
