21 November 2015 Dear experts,
The flat carpet area is below 2000 sq ft. And flat cost is 98 lacs, however the builder is charging some other cost like PLC, parking charges one time power backup charger after adding all these other charges the flat cost is being exceed 1 crore, plz clarify to avail 75% abatement weather 1 crore limit are excluding other charges or inclusive other charges,
