28 November 2011 SIR, I HAD FILL ST-1 ON 3-10-2011 AND NOT SUBIT TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT IN TIME AND AFTER 55 DAYS I HAVE SUBMIT THE ST-1 WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENT TO THE RELATED OFFICE AND THE OFFICER HAS SUBMITTED THE ST-1. THEN HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO ISSUE ST-2?
