Ssi exemption query

we are ssi manufacturer till Oct 14 then we cross the limit 150 lacs we paid the duty . in 15-16 we not avail the exemption but not give the deceleration to the department . deceleration is necessary.

Now you are not taking the benefit of SSI exemption. No need to give the deceleration.
