i really wonder how ppl can resort on suggestion given on such an open forum for statutory compliance whereas you need customised personal consultation.
if someone gives you wrong/ misleading format which you file with ROC who will be the sufferer?
Its Ltd com. yu must hav appointed your CA ask him if not then Shell out some money hire a CA . Its in your interest.
