Specified domestic transaction under transfer pricing

20 September 2013 We have four specified domestic transaction with four parties(associated enterprise), two of which are exceeding 5 crores.Do I need to mention the details of the other two parties as the aggregate of all the transaction exceeds 5 crores or just of those whose transactions exceeds the threshold limit of 5crores. Please reply. Its urgent.

22 September 2013 If i am not wrong, you dont have to look at the individual transaction amount. The relevant figure is the total of such transactions.

Therefore, once the total exceeds Rs 5 Cr, all the transactions need to be reported.
