I would like to know whether software service rendered to non residents from India is chargeable to service tax. If Yes, if there is any reverse charge on the same?

08 January 2016 Service tax applicable when place of provision if service is in India if you selling software then rule 3 will be applicable hence place of service receiver is pop hence service are export of services under rule 6 provided payment recd in forex
