We are paring rent for branches. In the agreement it is mentioned that rent will rs.10000 and maintenace of Society will Rs.1350/- I want to know whether tds u/s194I will be deducted on Rs.10000 or Rs.11350(Includig maintenance).

Tax is deductible only on the rent component and not on the maintenance. In your case only on Rs. 10,000.00
