please tell me friends about how to get rid of it.u know my all time wasted in Facebook WhatsApp hike etc they all have there own importance but now it's crossed its limits 24 hours please help

in crude terms, throw away the phone and buy a non-smart phone! whats the point of having a smartphone which makes you dumb!

none of addiction can drive you until you surrender to that.
make some time table to use it, and be strong to follow the same. social media is boon to ppl who want gain their knowledge, as well as it is biggest time waste for them who just want to pass time.
