29 March 2012 Is there any change proposed in the limit from Rs10,00,000 to Rs50,00,000\- in the budget presented on the 16th march 2012 for small service providers under the service tax act

my query is not whether service tax can be paid on receipt basis. It is about any change in the basic exemption limit for liability to pay service tax
