Hi All, My company has taken a term loan from a bank, now form 8 is to be filed for creation of charge. Loan documents have been executed by two of our company directors jointly. Please let me know that affixing digital signature of only one of the directors is sufficient or not?

In form 8 you have to affix digital signature of 1 director and the digital signature of the authorised official of the lending institution.
