17 May 2017 one of my client got notice from dept regarding deposit in saving accounts of rs 12 Lakhs while he has been working in a psu since 2012 having salary of 6 lakhs p.a. so, please suggest me how can I make a reply for that

17 May 2017 What is the source of deposit. Is it old currency notes deposited during the period.

17 May 2017 no, he has deposited after demonetization and his source of income is , mainly I mentioned before, salary from a PSU.

17 May 2017 which (his savings) he keeps at his home as he has not trust on banks.

17 May 2017 Reply as the deposit in savings ac is out of salary savings kept as cash at home in view of no trust on banks.
Ensure the deposit is of Rs 100 old notes, in view of deposit after demonetization.
