hi,
i m ca final stud. my attempt due on may,11
i have no enough time to take class.
but my frnds allerts me... they said that in practicle life , it is very needed to take dt class 4 knowledge.
i m very confused n its effect on my study..
however i have little practicle experience in ITO n Tribunal 4 dealing cases. in my articleship....

Its very simple Mana, If YOU are confident enough in Direct taxation, its a very good scoring subject.
Only thing that you are confident, dont take your CA/CS/CWA friends that DT is tought.
Dont worry about ITO,Tribunal, Assessment etc., not everybody deals with these services in CA practice, only hands on people get into it. IF you are planning for practive & expertice in this field, you have to worry, otherwise just read one or twice cooly.
Even I didn't had the practical exposer in this field when i was doing my articles :) even today also) I got 65 in DT, Dont thing that I am expert in Direct taxation, there are lots of thing which I need to understand in Income Tax Act.
ONLY ADVICE IS TO BE CALM & COOL IN THE 3 HRS ALLOTED IN THE EXAM HALL, THAT WILL HELP YOU TO GETTHROUGH THE EXAM.
ALL THE BEST FOR THE EXAM !!!
