I am a NRE since 1992. I am i eligible for income tax?

I presume that your doubt is regarding the tax liability in India. It depends on your residential status u/s 6 of the IT Act.You may be liable to tax on income received or accrued in India or deemed to accrue or arise in India. But your foreign income shall not be taxable in case your status is Non resident.
