Shares Trading Taxation Rule

from past 1 year I earn around 150000 from income from shares but i dont know how it will be taxable under income tax act whether all amount will be taxable or only profit will be comes under short term capital gain if any body having details related to calculation tax liablity on shares trading please give me

Long term capital gain (held more then 12 months) on sale of shares on which STT paid : Fully exempted u/s 10(38)
Long term capital gain (held more then 12 months) on sale of shares which STT not paid: Taxable @ 20 % + surcharge(if any)+ cess
Short term capital gain (held up to 12 months) on sale of shares which STT paid: Taxable @ 15% + + surcharge(if any)+ cess
Short term capital gain (held up to 12 months) on sale of shares which STT not paid: Taxable @ normal slab applicable to assessee
Treating as assessee business Taxable @ normal slab applicable to assessee
