Hello Friends,
I have added as an additional director to a pvt ltd company and as per the board meeting directors decided to transfer 15% of shares on my name. Please let me know the procedures to complete this task and is there any shares added once I became director. Please advise.

Please confirm whether director hold shares of the company and it is on director discrition to transfer his shares and no need to approved by Board.
