is every share holder is a member of the company or there is another criteria for recognision of a member? Plz kindly guide in the matter.

Yes every share holder is a member of the company.
But in the case of a company without share capital a person may be a member without any share capital.
But in the case of a company without share capital a person may be a member without any share capital.

shareholrers , those name entered in 'Regester of members' of the company is called as member of company.
