one of my client ,a private ltd company with autherised and paid up capital if rupees 10 lakhs and having a share application pending allotment of rupees 2 lakhs since 2005, the dept wants to tax it as income from other source

Refer Finance act 2012 where sec 69C was ammended and now to save ur client u need to prove the source of income of those who had invested in your clients co.
