Sir,
If we received the share application money from overseas and if we intimate to RBI but with out issuing FCGPR we utilised the funds
or not

Allotment is necessary within 6 months otherwise u have to return the amount. So avoid the use of funds.
Filing of FCGPR is mandatory so be careful.
