If we received the share application money from overseas and if we intimate to RBI but with out issuing FCGPR we utilised the funds
or not

13 May 2010 Allotment is necessary within 6 months otherwise u have to return the amount. So avoid the use of funds.

Filing of FCGPR is mandatory so be careful.
