set off of marks between 2 groups

in may 2010, i got exemption in accounts in group 1 and now i m appearing for 6 subjects for both groups. so my question is that what should be minimum marks required in each group to pass and if there is a set off of marks if i get high marks in group 2. my marks in accounts in may 2010 was 62..... please reply soon...................

if your marks are 62+ 50+50 and 40+50+50 =302 means u have cleared both group

You can eligble for carry forward mark provided you should have a minimum 40 mark
