DEPRECIATION FOR A YEAR IS ABSORBED IN THAT YEAR TO THE EXTENT OF PROFITS AVAILABLE.THE BALANCE IS UNABSORBED DEPRECIATION.
BY LEGAL FICTION THE UNABSORBED DEPRECIATION BECOMES PART OF CURRENT YEAR DEPRECIATION OF SUBSEQUENT YEAR ......
