VAT SET-OFF OF MARCH-08 CARRIED FORWARD TO NEXT YEAR IS NOT ALLOWED? UNDER WHICH TRADE CIRCULAR IT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ?

16 January 2010 C/F of refund for the period 05-06 06-07 was allowed by way of circular. No such circular was issued for 07-08.
Hence you cannot c//f refund of 07-08
