What are the services to Hotel (Providing facility of Hotel restaurant and boarding & Lodging facility)

There is no service tax on boarding & loadging service if tariff is below Rs. 1000 per day.
If it is above Rs. 1000 per day then servic etax @1236% will be charged.
For restaurant, service tax @12.36% on 40% of total amount chrged will be applicable
If it is above Rs. 1000 per day then servic etax @1236% will be charged.
For restaurant, service tax @12.36% on 40% of total amount chrged will be applicable
