will i(service receiver) liable for pay service tax in reverse charge of security services 1) if firm, ownership 2) if pvt ltd company

It depends on who is providing security services , if these are provided by Individual, HUF or partnership firm, AOP located in taxable territory then Reverse charge shall be applicable.
