17 April 2010 If you are filing revised service tax return you have 6 months time from the due date of filing of the original return.

17 April 2010 Sir.But as per rule 7B revised return can be submit with in 60 days of original return

18 April 2010 please advice me , as i already deposited Service tax for mar 2010 on 31.03.10 but for some payment which is made on 31.03.10 we where not deposited service tax for that , please advoice me by what time i can deposit .and if i will deposit 2 challan no.will come for mar 2010 so in one return how can i file my return .

19 April 2010 you can deposit Balance ST as early as possible with interest @ 13% day wise from 1st april to date of payment.

its no problem if more then 1 challan you just mention the challan details,

for filling return due date is 25th april 2010,

Revised return can be file within 90 days from the date of original return (wef- 30/2/2008) up to 29/2/08 60 days
