How i file service tax return qtrly or halp yearly please helm me filling ST3 return file.

Service Tax Return is filed Half Yearly in ST3.
For April to September due date is 25th October.
For October to March due date is 25th April .
For April to September due date is 25th October.
For October to March due date is 25th April .

Penalty for Delay in filing Service Tax Return
# Delay of first 15 days then penalty will be Rs. 500
# Delay of 15 to 30 days then penalty will be # Rs. 1000
# Delay is more than 30 days then penalty will be Rs 1000+100 Rs. per day beyond 30 days, Subject to maximum penalty can be Rs. 20000/-

You have to file service tax return Half yearly. Kindly download ST 3 template, fill up details and then upload the generated XML file to ACES website.
