30 March 2010 Please give me an example where a co. is not a service industry but has to register for service tax and pay the service tax

30 March 2010 In case non-service company, if company is taking services of transporter , then he has to pay service tax on transport charges as Service Receitent Company and he has to register himself as Service Receipent.
