Confirm me about the online process of obtaining service tax registration no. if there.

24 August 2011 yes. Service tax registration now online, need to register www.aces.gov.in. website get the user id & password

after logged in fill the ST-1 form online and submit online, take ST-1 printout and produce the same with all supported documents (ID Proofs/address proof) and you will get the ST-2 registration certificate by a week through mail

No registration charges applicable
