01 April 2015 service tax rate is 14%.whether it is inclusive of cess.is it applicable for april 2015.

01 April 2015 no, as the new service tax rate is not made applicable as there is no notification for same so continue to apply 12.36% rate in april 2015 till bew rate is notified.
