Service tax raise by trust.

09 January 2015 Dear Sir,

My company ABC(India)Ltd wanted to pay Sponsorship for CCS to Shri Shri Publication Trust - CCS and they are giveing us Proforma Invoice including ST for 10 L + 12.36%. Now my question is weather we should pay ST to Trust or Pay Direct to Gov. who is liable to pat ST in this case.

In above case if there is a NGO in that case we are liable to pay ST or Not. And Trust in comes under NGO?

09 January 2015 I have revised my reply. only you have to pay 100% service tax to Govt under RCM. Don't pay any service tax to Trust.

09 January 2015 Dear Sir,

But Trust is having ST Registration No. and Under (RCM) Reverse Charge Mechanism only part of ST pay to Gov. by provider and part of tax will be paid by service receiver.

I got confusion.....

can you Explain Please....

09 January 2015 For some services under reverse charge 100% ST is to be paid by service receiver.
