15 July 2011 I have done an online registration for service tax of an individual Mr. X , but i have mentioned the constitution of the applicant as propreitor. Is it correct or do i need to withdraw the st application and resubmit it with the above changes

15 July 2011 Example:-

Name of the Applicant : Mr. X.
Constitution of the applicant : Proprietorship.

If u have filled up online ST-1 as above, your application is O.K and no need to change.

Thanks for your immediate response. A small clarification again, i do not need to mention the constituent of the applicant as "Individual" in the above case?
