Service tax on unloding charges

does any payment to hamalies for unloding the goods from lorry to godown will attract service tax we are paying Rs.1200/- per lorry to unlode and deposit at godown. If it is taxable what is rate of tax.please clarify.

Dear Friend, If you are getting receipt for the payment from Union of Hamalies then you have to service tax is applicable. But for individual payment to various persons do not attract service tax. Thanks
