WE ARE PVT LTD CO. WE HAVE RECEIVED A TAXI BILL OF RS 1100/- FOR OUR ACCOUNTANT WENT TO A CUSTOMER FOR ACCOUNTS RECONCILIATION. SERVICE PROVIDER IS NOT REGISTERD UNDER SERVIC TAX,
WHAT WILL BE SERVICE TAX LIABILITY FOR US

Under reverse charge Service receiver has to pay service tax even of service provider is unregistered(the threshold limit and other concessions are not applicable for service receivers) .
Service receiver(Only corporates)i,e your company has to pay service tax on 40% of the value.
