Dear Sir,
I have Quary that exemption in service tax of Rs. 10,00,000 is available to the Renting of Property ?? (As it available to other Small Scale Service Provider)

Yes threshold level exemption up to Rs.10 lakhs can be availed. Please refer page 273 of Taxmann's service tax book (Finance Act 2012 edition).
