We being an Association registered under Trade Union, do some work on development of a particular agriculture crop. One of our member company wish to help us and reimburse some of our expenditure incurred by us.
Pl let us know, are we liable to pay service tax on this reimbursement of expenses ?

Development of agricultural crop is exempted from service tax. so such reimbursement will also be exempted.
