Hi ...I would like to know...who is responsible to pay service tax on sale price ,buyer or seller, if seller is a US Citizen, and how much percentage of sale price

Only income tax(20% plus cess and surcharge on sale price) payable by seller which will be deducted by buyer from the sale price and remitted to Govt. No service tax payable.
