26 April 2016 Hi,If a job worker takes work order from jewellery and making jewellery. Will service tax be attracted for the job worker since no where in the negative list it is exempted.TIA

26 April 2016 For the job worker it is a manufacturing activity exempted from service tax as per negative list. Excise duty is payable on this by the jewellery mart who is giving the job work.
