is a sole proprietor liable to pay service tax on behalf of a GTA? If yes, does the limit of service tax liability of a single invoice being greater than Rs.750 is also applicable and is service tax to be calculated on 25% of the invoice value of GTA?

yes, service tax exempt up to 750.
