my company has paid RS. 850 freight to transport company to carry it's goods. as per mega exemption 25/2012, does my company liable to avail RS. 750 exemption or have to paid 25% ST under RCM on full 850/-

plz clarify

exemption is only upto amount of 750,
any bill above this wil b charged fully

02 April 2015 Alright sir. but this 75% abatement has been reduce to 70% now, plz tell me from which date it has be effective and also clarify me whether this is not implemented on individual.
