09 June 2014 If a company engaged in the business of repairing mobile towers and filling diesel in generators etc...

My doubt is whether service tax is applicable for transport from place to place by carrying diesel ?

and if u had taken on rent than also no

but if u had engaged just for transportation without any rent or contract
