Service tax on Directors sitting fees under reverse mechanisim is to be paid under which category? whether business auxilliary?

'Other taxable service' under accounting code 00441480. Please refer sl no. 120 in Circular No. 165/16/2012- ST dated 20 - 11- 2012.
