XYZ Co. situated in India is a 100% subsidiary of a parent company ABC Ltd. situated in UK. XYZ company received commission (certain percent of order value) from ABC Ltd. for a particular order directly place with ABC Ltd. by LMN co. situated in India. Is XYZ co liable to pay service tax in India?

Yes, service tax will be applicable on payment received by xyz co.
