as per my above stated query i am not sure whether abatement of 60% is available or not. plz confirm this... and alos tell me does this cover RCM or not...

08 September 2015 Abatement of 60% available provided service provider is not taking cenvat credit on input and capital goods. Yes it is covered under RCM.
