Dear all,
Kindly clarify that the exemption limit of Rs. 10 lakhs T.O. regarding the taxable service of GTA, whether the limit is before abatement of 75% or on net of 25%?

Limit of Rs. 10 Lacs is not applicable while computing service tax liability for GTA purpose.
