02 July 2011 I have two transit mixture machinery. can i liable to get service tax number. what is the exemption limit for service tax

02 July 2011 Pl check whether the services done by u are covered in 'supply of tangible good services' under section 65(105)(zzzzj). If covered, registration is compulsory when the turnover crosses Rs. 9/- Lacs and collection and payment of service tax should begin after the turnover crosses Rs.10/- lacs. Tax Rate is 10.30%.
